Churches MUST NOT criticize the government!

Free speech or meetings will be punished. Resistance is futile.

Most understand why the First Amendment is first. It’s simple. Without free speech, all the others, and all our freedoms, are lost.

Most also know that America was founded on freedom and the Judaeo Christian ethic. It comes to us in various forms, but the common thread is belief in a loving God, of freedom, and of the struggle between good and evil. That’s simple.

The intersection of God and governance is complex. So is the eternal conflict of right and wrong, of good and evil, of darkness and light.

Unlike the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution contains no reference to God. At first, this may seem odd. Why did the men who drafted the Declaration invoke a Supreme Being several times, while the men who drafted the Constitution did not mention a higher power even once?

The threefold answer lies in the stated purposes of the Constitution, its religious neutrality, and the theory of government it embodies. Whereas the Declaration explained and justified a rebellion to secure God-given rights, the Constitution is a blueprint for stable and effective republican government in a free country. The Preamble to the Constitution declares that its purposes are “to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty.”

These are wholly secular objects; religious references are extraneous in a document drafted to further them. The result is tension.

We have a Constitution made for moral and religious people. America started as “the shining city on the hill.” Some two hundred years later, we find ourselves in a declining nation, one governed by a gaggle of greedy unaccountable scoundrels.

Our “stable and effective” republican government, is, sadly, starting to resemble Stalin’s Russia with show trials and Gulags. The shining city on the hill is starting to resemble a dismal swamp full of dangerous creatures. America’s future is cloudy.

So what?

Well, first off, fear not. I’m not going to go off into a bible thumping rant.

I’m not going to speak of how weaponized Federal agencies are sending armed teams to minister’s homes to drag them out and terrify family members and children. Or even of the Gulags, Stalin type show trials, and parents being harassed and labeled as terrorists for protesting at school board meetings.

I’ll skip the singleton events, like Christians being arrested for silent prayer, reading bibles at abortion clinics, confessionals being monitored, etc. I will note, but not discuss, the recent wave of “trans-gender manifesto” mass killings at schools.

Pointless mass murder is horrific, but what’s new is the political agenda of starting a war between gender shifters and Christians. One where Fake News and Team Biden sides with the woke, ignores murder, and lobbies for “equity” and “inclusion.”

History Repeats

The systematic mass silencing of Patriots and people with religious values in America goes back decades. Hillary was quite good at that. She was first to weaponize transgenderism for political objectives, but it’s now mostly forgotten history.

I accidentally ran into it in the late 1980s. The Clinton Administration was working to de-industrialize America, to ship design and production off shore. What got in her way was our unique, best in the world, patent system.

We called it “The Patent Wars.” The Clinton goal was to dumb down our patent system and go “global.” She called it “Harmonization.” Those opposing it called it HARMonization. I was in that group.

The problem Hillary had was our Constitution. The first right granted to American’s was in Article One, Section 8 of the Constitution. It was the right of citizens (not the state) to own property of the mind, and it helped create wealth and prosperity.

It wasn’t going well for the globalists until Hillary weaponized transgenderism. The highest transgender official in the Clinton Administration was the flaming Gay running the patent office, named Bruce Lehman, a bizarre personality.

The arguments in Congress were, ah, quite intense. At the time I had consulting clients on both sides. I did not go myself to testify. Lehman was the first openly gay man to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate. He was Commissioner of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Criticizing him was forbidden.

My mother, now deceased, was a solid member of the DAR, the George Washington Chapter, no less. We had at least two ancestors in the Revolutionary War. I was giving talks and writing articles about the Patent Wars. She wanted me to speak to her ladies group about the Constitution and patents.

My talk was not allowed! The DAR HQ in DC forbade it. Why? They feared discussing a political topic impacting legislation in Congress might impact their tax status. The ladies were disappointed, but it was what it was.

The Clinton’s prevailed, America’s patent laws were changed, and prosperity shifted offshore. I eventually retired from high tech and shifted to writing books.

• Note: All this took years. On August 4. 1999, HR 1907 passed the house using methods that were possibly unprecedented in the annals of Congress. It was passed under “suspension of the rules” with no debate permitted.

• The “suspend the rules” trick was used again on January 6, 2021 by Nancy Pelosi to enable the fake “insurrection” (coup) that put Americans into DC gulags. Link.

Recently, I’ve helped a friend, MG Paul Vallely, with two books. Reality Prism and Mindless War Two. Paul is one of my heroes, and the books have been well received.

My wife and I moved from Portland, now a dangerous place, to a remote enclave in a rural location. Out on the highway, there is delightful tavern with hunting memorabilia, friendly rednecks, good local beer, and the best hamburgers in the area.

One night, as winter broke, we met there. I was walking in with my wife, when a woman I’d not seen before came up to me. “You’re the one who wrote the book.”

“Yeah.”

She said she was reading it, trying to understand what was happening to America. I fumbled trying to explain. She was bogged down in the geopolitics. (Mindless War Two was then just coming out. It makes Prism more accessible.)

Before I could say much, she burst into tears. She told me her daughter, age 14, had recently committed suicide. Her daughter had been depressed. Lock downs. Myriad genders. Insanity. Nothing that made sense. She left a note, “I don’t fit in.”

I gave the woman a hug. She was sobbing uncontrollably and so was my wife. Later, I got her two copies of Mindless War Two. One for her, and one for her minister.

It’s a small town and the word gets around. Turns out that churches are afraid to host any talks about such topics. If they allowed it, they would lose their 501 c3 tax status.

Churches in America have been massively censored. Ministers have been silenced. Churches have been politically isolated. A key part of our culture is gone. Poof.

Answer

The term “Black Robe Regiment” referred not to a literal regiment of soldiers that wore black robes into battle but rather to the influential clergymen who promoted American independence and supported the military struggle against Britain. By encouraging the Patriot cause, those ministers helped muster critical support among members of their congregation—support the British begrudgingly acknowledged as vital to maintaining the colonists' frustrating resistance to British attempts to restore Parliamentary rule.

Action Needed

Elections have been stolen. Our borders are wide open. Innocent Americans are in Gulags. Our bureaucracies have been weaponized. A show trial is underway for a former U.S President. Free speech has been silenced. Courts and prosecutors are corrupted. The age Orwell predicted is upon us. We face a new type of war.

The FBI has signaled in the clearest possible manner it does not care what the people or their elected representatives think. It will do what it pleases, and the consequences be damned.

The recently released Durham report paints a graphic picture of an agency out of control. The FBI did not blunder into an investigation of Donald Trump, his campaign, and his associates. The FBI undertook to deliberately destroy Trump and those around him including General Flynn. The FBI took unto itself the power to decide who could be President.

The FBI no longer answers to the elected representatives of the American people, nor does it care what they think. It did not get sloppy. It did not make some errors in judgment. Its leaders decided that they were entitled to do whatever they chose and to ignore our laws, our traditions, and the judgment of the nation’s citizens.

So what to do? We need to take our country back. The next election is “game over.”

Getting free speech back for churches — and the rest of us — is an imperative. Regardless of your party, it is time to wake up and speak out.
