I think I first became aware of this information war footing from a discussion in college about how the News Media likes to "time" the release of info to the general public. This was referred to as "Information Embargo." To control the flow of important info to the public, allows for control of specific outcomes such as the Hunter Laptop Story. The 2020 Election would definitely turn out differently if they had not done all the censorship. Turns out that the FBI had the laptop in its possession months before hand; they were aware the content was for real.
