In 2005, THE EPOCH TIMES acquired a secret speech given by Defense Minister Chi Haotian to high-level Chinese Communist Party Cadres sometime before his retirement in 2003. Details given in Chi’s speech coincide with previously unpublished defector testimony on Sino-Russian military plans.

And in late breaking news – about the “lapse” in not responding to China’s balloon weapon, it seems team Biden went full batshit crazy and started randomly blowing things out of the sky without having a clue as to what they were shooting at, is now another embarrassment.
They still don’t know what they shot down, but it seems that we fired two Aim 9X missiles, about $450,000 each, to destroy a toy balloon from a hobby club. YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP.
All this chaos did succeed from diverting attention from the fact that Biden has taken credit for destroying the Nordstream 2 pipeline. This is an unprovoked act of war, and a war NOT AUTHORIZED BY CONGRESS.
And, finally, it appears that Kamala Harris has now been shifted from being America's "Border Czar" to being the "Balloon Czar." In an interview she said the Chinese Spy Balloon "Was not a threat."
When then asked why we shot it down, her answer was, "Because it wasn't useful."

Mattis is alleged to have withheld the information as a result of his fears that Trump would ‘provocative’ and ‘aggressive.’ However, many are not looking at Gen. Mattis for having noble efforts – rather, many believe that Mattis may have committed treason by choosing to withhold information from the U.S. President."
This is an expert opinion of what should have happened during and prior to the O'Biden balloon bungle from a trusted source. McInerney's statement should prompt a full Congressional investigation of this event and all that led up to it.

1. We are already at war. But the US authorities don’t want to say this because social media will create hysteria. China knows this. The purpose of the balloons may not be spying or payload delivery but about the kind of spectacle that creates doubt amongst Americans about their own Government. This is a live staged Tik Tok event.
2. It reveals that the American leadership had thought they could be at war without the public needing to know about it. Biden and Xi can shake hands and declare a truce, but under the surface, the two nations are all out in confrontation. New economic measures are coming that will confirm this.

We shot down the Chinese Spy balloon three days ago but the debris has yet to be recovered. Police in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area is warning that some of the debris from the shot balloon could end up on SC coasts – though they didn’t think it would go as far into South Carolina from North Carolina. The U.S. Navy and Coast Guard are working to recover the balloon from the ocean though they are now saying some of the pieces “may slip through.”

"Though why has the debris not been collected following the balloon’s shoot-down? Well, recovery efforts and divers went out to start the process later Saturday after the balloon was shot down. Though now, according to Fox News, divers are fighting against “cold water temperatures.” So a national threat and SPY contraption can be shot down, days after it should have been, and yet they can’t go out in what they have said are shallow waters with few obstacles to gather the craft? Sounds suspicious."
I'm going to call bullshit on this one. Too cold for divers in South Carolina in February? Absurd.

Yeah, well, they finally -- Due to public outrage (98% said it should have been shot down as soon as it entered) -- got around to downing the Chinese balloon that invaded our airspace. Not until it was out over the ocean (over international waters), after it had completed its mission, and apparently with zero effort to capture and recover the payload.
What weapons did it contain? What surveillance equipment? Who built it? WHAT IS THE THREAT ASSESSMENT? What did DOD know, and when did they know it? What are the plans and policies to handle future threats like this? Who made the decision to allow this, and who approved it?
It's not over yet. Several other Chinese balloons have now been detected.
