I recently bought "Mindless War" on Amazon and it was missing pages 5 -10. Is that a one up anomaly or has any one else had the same problem. Is there a way to recover the missing pages? Thanks in advance philberg.substack.com
That has not been reported before for any of my books. I am one of the authors and I have purchased many copies for friends and events.
Return it to Amazon and complain. They should make it good.
In these post COVID days -- with unsafe cities, etc. -- large book conferences are rare and mostly only attended by those with the BIG publishers, who subsidize such things. Still, back in the day, I do recall one or two very upset authors whose books arrived with missing pages. GOOD LUCK.

Spoke with our publisher. The reply: "Amazon will fix this."
It can't be fixed from the publisher (or author) end. TELL THEM YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK OR A NEW BOOK.

Amazon would have exchanged it but much easier to just go to library and take the pages or B&N.
